1 MMA sparring Monday and Friday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday technique drills
2 Monday and Friday is Gi, Tuesday and Friday is Nogi
3 Open mat
4 Tuesday BodyFit class is the Buddha Run and Thursdays are Outdoor Bootcamps, sign-up is required!
5 Wildcard Class
